Southwater U3A

The University of the Third Age is a worldwide organisation for anyone no longer in full time employment who wants to keep their brain engaged! Special interest groups under a local group umbrella widens to link with county and national groups which are able to provide programmes of study days, workshops, summer schools and so on.

Southwater u3a is small and friendly so people get to know one another very quickly. We have group activities on various days every month. They are: -

Every Monday: Pitch and Putt am (weather permitting)

2nd Monday: Book Club am

2nd Tuesday: Girls who Gossip am,

2nd Tuesday Discussion am

2nd Friday: Rummikub pm

3rd Tuesday: Card Craft am,

Third Tuesday Quiz pm

4th Friday: Garden group am

4th Tuesday: bimonthly general meeting with guest speaker pm.

Various days: Out and About

Membership is £12 pa. To find out more, why not come to a taster session of an activity that interests you or attend a general meeting.
